Canon 17

The boat has turned upside down,
turbulently, violently.
It overflowed and crashed them down,
suddenly and tremendously.

I closed my window.
I shut my door.
I poured some vino,
and wait for your call.

I pull the curtain in,
as the coffin moves around.
I lid the fragrance up,
it seems will never got enough.

I need a kiss to cut my wrist.
My blood is red and my blood is rich.
I wanted to paint on your lovely cheek,
My blood is hot, my blood is yours!
I wish you could sip inside your sexy thought.

I'd stab it viciously,
until my blood has gone empty.
I'd smash it for thee,
until my heart has pieced completely.

I'd stand on the edge,
and wait for a kiss.
I'd be waiting at your gate,
my love wouldn't fade by age.

Lamb burger + Veggie Mixed Rice

Here are another contemporary recipe I have. Homemade lamb burger + veggie mixed rice (which is adopted from Korean Beebimbap.
The story of the recipe was I found a pack of lamb minced meat (going to be expired) and some of the veggie ingredient (I don't know what to cook.....) so I'd be the match maker, combine this two recipe together.....

Lamb Burger
For the Lamb Burger you'll need:
  • minced lamb meat, of course
  • minced garlic & ginger
  • chopped spring onion, yellow/red onion
  • honey & soy sauce
  • roasted sesames
  • salt & grounded black pepper
This way:
1. Ooo lots of spices, just mix all the ingredients evenly

2. If you have a bottle of Korean ginger honey, you can use that instead of using ordinary honey and skip that fresh ginger, save your time & effort =D

3. Lastly, heat them up in low heat over the non-sticky pan. It doesn't need oil to fry it, it will release oil itself when u heat it~

4. After it has release some oil, turn to medium heat & fry til golden color for both side. Done~

Canon 16

How it could be so difficult
to perceive in an ample angle?
Such as looking for a stranger
in a crowd that has little patience.

Inspiration, salvation, and beautification,
What would be your situation?
Projection, rejection and denomination,
How does people explain civilization?

Protection embarks on deception,
as the pigeon flies across the prison.
Scratch was vintage, leaving a message,
Your roses prestige will then be acknowledged.

Fly as high as you can,
Run as far as you can,
Hide as tight as you can,
Once the mark was traced,
Certainly, it'd be an awkward case.

My lovely roses, your smile was vague,
it seemed like a sage and sounded so great.
My lovely roses, you're fading quick,
as quick as the shadow has no shape.

Oh my lovely roses, my lovely one!
You are so shy and how could they tell you lies?
Oh my lovely roses, my lovely one!
for now you could hide but not for your whole life!

Canon 15

See, as the drops fallen from a tree,
how much canon I could write for thee?
Piece by piece with my wrist,
till the end and out of speech.

Abandon your rake and have a kip,
it goes wrong, lost and where to meet?
Through experience I learn how to live,
little by little that takes and forgives.

Keep in pace to retrench the poor,
knowing that it shouldn't be so cruel,
yet the repertoire I know should be retouched,
instead of making more mistake and failure task.

Every notes that I remember,
like what it expressed so simple.
As the sun drops from the hill,
and the moon lingers for you.
What a waste would be your guilt?

Like a sound whizzed past my ears,
I heard it whizzed so clear.
Don't interfere if you can't remember,
the fact that ruins your future!

Visit me. It doesn't matter if you're busy.
I'll be waiting and keep writting anyway.
If you are veering along the way,
let me know, I'd then make my rhythm slow.

Canon 14

Certainty as well as uncertainty,
look at the candle carefully,
Is that bright enough to understand,
the causes of the polluted sand?

What dreams you rush to chase?
as it truthful and seems amazed.
Whatever it ended sounds disgrace,
as your very first undecided gaze.

Scramble over the weather heat,
you knew where the troubles lead.
There's no point to shrink from it.
Tell the little violet what you've did.

Oh, your tender mercies are too gentle,
refresh me with your smiling ember.
Let them know what is hell that thought,
perish their morbid thought
before time has really gone!

Forget it, the sin we've done.
Swing away what you've cursed.
Extricated, too fabulous,
again, I saw they are seated still.

Since when it turns to reddest sky?
and the river are so dry.
Till the weather that reaching high,
the day has come for them to die.

Canon 13

What a soulful day it is, my friend?
I got no doubt nor word for you,
thus I filled with your numbness feel,
as I knew the sky is really ill.

What a rainy day it is, my friend?
I wonder why the rain doesn't stop,
such as your waste that flowing off,
leaving a scar on earth that we lying on.

What a blissful day I'm hoping for,
Who else out there would be understood?
Oh peaceful world, what could I ask for more?
as the Wise would simply fall.

I can't share the truth too much,
nor telling them beyond the box.
Since the crowd doesn't seem indulged,
because they solely used to appreciate,
What was painted within the frame.

Truly I embraced the sounds,
from the thoughtful one,
where one wonder is life short?
as the promised colours fade in row.

Oh! What an awful day and awful life!
Imbued with imperfection but so what?
Twisted slander's words I'd give a vault,
I'm not living in their mouth after all.

I adopt this recipe from Korean cuisine, it is served as part of side dishes in Korean meal, but I think it has the potential to be a main dish. Thus, I modify it a bit, it became Western-Korean style, awesome!

  • salt & pepper
  • ginger juice
  • plain flour
  • eggs
  • cooking oil
Deeping sauce:
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vinegar or you can use lime/lemon instead
  • 2 tsp chili powder / chili oil
This way:
  1. Cut the fish into bite size....or any size you prefer =P
  2. Marinate the fish with salt, pepper, ginger juice, galic & basil for about 30 minutes to 1 hour in the fridge
  3. Beat eggs and mix well with flour
  4. Coat the fish with flour and dip into the beaten egg
  5. Heat oil with medium heat and fry until it turns golden brown
  6. Serve with deeping sauce
